  • Click on your "Profile Image" at the top right corner of header
  • Select "My Profile" from the menu

From my mobile

  • Tap on the "Settings" icon at the right corner of bottom nav bar
  • Select "My Profile" from the menu

How can I change my Pen name?

  • Pen name once set cannot be changed

How can I add my profile picture?

From my computer

  • Click on your "Profile Image" at the top right corner of header
  • Select "My Profile" from the menu
  • Hover the mouse over the profile image
  • Click on "Update" to add/change the profile image
  • Select the image to upload

From my mobile

  • Tap on the "Settings" icon at the right corner of bottom nav bar
  • Select "My Profile" from the menu
  • Tap on the Edit icon on the profile image
  • Select "Update" from the menu to add/change the profile image
  • Select the image to upload

How can I update my bio?

From my computer

  • Click on your "Profile Image" at the top right corner of header
  • Select "My Profile" from the menu
  • Click on Update bio or the existing bio text
  • Type in your new bio text
  • Click on the Tick icon to submit

  • Tap on the "Settings" icon at the right corner of bottom nav bar
  • Select "Settings" from the menu and then select "Profile" option
  • You should be at "Profile settings" screen now
  • Tap on "Edit" button at the app bar top right corner
  • Tap on the box for bio and editor opens
  • Type in your new bio text
  • Tap on "Done" to submit edits
  • Tap on "Done" to apply the new bio text

How can I add/update my other social profiles to my Pictink profile?

How can I update my name?

  • Click on "Name" section to update your name
  • Click on the Tick icon to save

  • Select "Settings" from the menu and then select "Profile" option
  • You should be at "General settings" screen now
  • Tap on "Edit" button at the app bar top right corner
  • Tap on the Name field
  • Update the first/last name fields accordingly
  • Tap the "Update" button

How can I update my email?

  • Select "Settings" from the menu and then select "General" option
  • Click on "Email" section to update your email
  • Enter the new email address in the form provided

  • Confirm your new email

  • Enter your password
  • Click on the Tick icon to save
  • A confirmation email will be send to the new email address. Please follow instructions to complete the update

How can I delete my account?

  • Select "Settings" from the menu and then select "Security" option
  • Click on the "Delete Account" button
  • Enter your registered email/password and verify CAPTCHA
  • Click "Delete Account" button to delete. Note that we may keep your account data for a few days before completely removing from our servers

  • Select "Settings" from the menu and then select "Security" option
  • You should be at "Security settings" screen now
  • Select "Delete Account"

How can I control the privacy of my profile details?

  • Wherever your privacy controls are applicable, there will be a drop down by its side with a lock icon
  • Click/tap on it to see options and choose appropriately
