How can I create an account on Pictink?

From my computer

  • Go to www.picitnk.com/signup
  • Enter your name, email, password, gender and Date of birth
  • Click on the “Create account” button
  • To activate your account, you will need to confirm your email address, by clicking on the link sent to your email address

From my mobile

  • Open the Pictink app from mobile
  • Tap on "Sign up with email"
  • Enter your name, email, password, gender and Date of birth
  • Tap the "Create account" button
  • To activate your account, you will need to confirm your email address, by clicking on the link sent to your email address

How can I login to Pictink?

From my computer

  • Open www.pictink.com/login from any browser
  • Enter your registered email address
  • Enter your Pictink password
  • Click on the "Sign in" button

From my mobile

  • Open the Pictink app from mobile
  • Enter your registered email address
  • Enter your Pictink password
  • Tap on the "Sign in" button

How can I use Facebook or Google profile to login to Pictink?

From my computer

  • Go to www.pictink.com/login
  • Click on "Continue with Facebook" or "Continue with Google"
  • A pop up with Facebook or Google sign in screen will ask you to authorize the Pictink web app
  • Once you successfully authenticates, you will be logged into Pictink web app

From my mobile

  • Open the Pictink app from mobile
  • Tap "Continue with Facebook" or "Continue with Google"
  • Facebook or Google app sign in screen will ask you to authorize the Pictink app
  • Once you successfully authenticates, you will be logged into Pictink app

I signed up, but can't sign in

This can happen due to the following reasons,

  • You have not verified your email by clicking the confirmation link sent to your email address
  • Your verification link was expired. It expires in 15 days

I do not see the verification email

  • Please check your spam/junk folders for the verification email
  • Please cross verify the email which you have used to sign up

My verification link expired, what can I do?

From my computer

  • Go to www.pictink.com/login
  • Click on the “Need Help?” link(below the Sign in options)
  • Click on “Resend confirmation link”
  • Enter the email address registered with Pictink and click submit
  • A new verification link will be send to your email address(this will also expire in next 15 days)

From my mobile

  • Open the Pictink app from mobile
  • Tap on “Need help?” link in the Sign in screen
  • Tap on the "Resend Confirmation Link"
  • Enter the email address registered with Pictink and tap submit
  • A new verification link will be send to your email address(this will also expire in next 15 days)

Should I need to use my email password as Pictink password?

  • No, you don't need to use your email password. We suggest that you use a strong password with numbers and special characters

I forgot my password

From my computer

  • Go to www.pictink.com/login
  • Click on "Forgot Password?" link
  • Enter the email address registered with Pictink
  • Verify the captcha message
  • Click on the “Reset Password” button
  • A link to reset the password will be send to your registered email address
  • Follow the instructions in the mail to reset your password

From my mobile

  • Open the Pictink app
  • Tap "Need help?"
  • Tap "Forgot Password"
  • Enter the email address registered with Pictink
  • Tap "Reset password" button
  • A link to reset the password will be send to your registered email address
  • Follow the instructions in the mail to reset your password

How can I set my pen name?

From my computer

  • Once you sign up for Pictink and verified your email, you can sign in to Pictink
  • During first sign in, you will be asked to set your pen name
  • In the form provided, you can type in desired pen name
  • "Check availability" and if it's available you can click "Done" to set the pen name
  • Once set pen name cannot be changed

How can I change my password?

From my computer

  • You must be signed into Pictink to update your password
  • Go to the right top corner of the page and click on your profile image
  • From the drop down, select settings
  • Select “Security” tab on the left side of the page
  • Click on "Change Password" button
  • Enter your old password in the form provided
  • Enter new password in the form provided
  • Confirm your new password
  • Click on the blue tick mark to update your password
  • Your password will be updated and the page will refresh and redirect you to login screen at www.pictink.com/login

From my mobile

  • You must be signed into Pictink to update your password
  • Tap on the settings icon at the bottom of the screen
  • Select Settings > Security > Change Password
  • Enter your current password in the field provided
  • Enter new password in the field provided
  • Confirm your new password
  • Tap "Confirm change password" button to update your password
  • Your password will be updated and will be directed to sign in screen
